- 01The first step is a simple conversation. We’ll start with an initial intake to learn about your family’s goals and your child's unique strengths. From there, we schedule a comprehensive assessment to build a personalized roadmap. You can start the process by dropping us a message at the Contact Us page or Whatsapp us at +6012-8256695.
- 02Think of the assessment as a play-based observation. A Program Supervisor (not a Therapist!) will interact with your child to see what they can already do and where they might need more support. We look at communication, social play, and daily routines. We also sit down with you to ensure your family's priorities are at the heart of the treatment plan.
- 03Every child is different. Some may benefit from a few hours a week focusing on specific social skills, while others may need a more intensive program. After the initial assessment, we provide a clinical recommendation for the number of hours that will best help your child reach their milestones effectively.
- 04Yes. We believe skills are most meaningful when they happen in the real world. Depending on your child's goals, we can provide support in your home or even collaborate with your child’s school to ensure they are successful in the classroom.
- 05You are the expert on your child, so your involvement is key! While you don't need to be "in the room" for every minute of direct therapy, we will meet you at the Team Meetings and we also supplement the program with Parent Meeting every 2 months. We’ll share the same strategies our team uses so you can feel confident supporting your child’s progress during dinner, at family events, or at bedtime.
- 06That’s actually okay! We are trained to work through those difficult moments. Seeing a challenging behavior in real-time gives us the best data to understand why it’s happening and how to teach a better way to communicate. We are here to support your child through the "tough" days just as much as the "win" days.
