Behavior Therapist

Key responsibilities

  • Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written and directed by Program Supervisor

  • Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress

  • Document behaviors objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials

  • Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions

  • Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education and equivalent

  • Must enjoy working with children and has eagerness for continuous learning

  • Needs to be self-motivated, creative, analytical, energetic, positive and team player

  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage

  • Possess valid driving license in Malaysia, possess own transport and is able to drive in Klang Valley

  • Previous experience in teaching field is an added advantage

 

Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enrolment queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and programs.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.

    aintain a comprehensive database of inquiries, tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into enrolments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to effectively promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients.

  • Attend relevant networking events and conferences to represent the organization and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development role, preferably in the education industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Knowledge of autism services and programs is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for potential clients.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage leads is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexi-working or part-time arrangement may be considered and can be discussed.
