Behavior Therapist
Key responsibilities

Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written and directed by Program Supervisor
-
Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress
-
Document behaviors objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials
-
Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions
-
Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients
Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education and equivalent
-
Must enjoy working with children and has eagerness for continuous learning
-
Needs to be self-motivated, creative, analytical, energetic, positive and team player
-
Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage
-
Possess valid driving license in Malaysia, possess own transport and is able to drive in Klang Valley
-
Previous experience in teaching field is an added advantage
Client Relations Executive
Key responsibilities
-
Respond promptly and professionally to enrolment queries.
-
Provide accurate and detailed information about services, programs, and enrolment procedures.
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
-
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.
-
Maintain a comprehensive database of inquiries.
-
Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into enrolments.
-
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract clients.
-
Attend networking events and conferences to represent the organization and generate leads.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client relations role, preferably in the education industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Knowledge of autism services and programs is highly desirable.
-
Exceptional customer service skills.
-
Detail-oriented, proactive and organized.
-
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.
