Behavior Therapist

Key responsibilities

  • Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written and directed by Program Supervisor

  • Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress

  • Document behaviors objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials

  • Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions

  • Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education and equivalent

  • Must enjoy working with children and has eagerness for continuous learning

  • Needs to be self-motivated, creative, analytical, energetic, positive and team player

  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage

  • Possess valid driving license in Malaysia, possess own transport and is able to drive in Klang Valley

  • Previous experience in teaching field is an added advantage


Client Relations Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enrolment queries.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about services, programs, and enrolment procedures.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of inquiries.

  • Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into enrolments.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract clients.

  • Attend networking events and conferences to represent the organization and generate leads.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client relations role, preferably in the education industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

  • Knowledge of autism services and programs is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive and organized.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an added advantage.

  • 1 x Part-time position available.
