Behavior Therapist
Key responsibilities

Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written and directed by Program Supervisor

Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress

Document behaviors objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials

Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions
-
Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients

Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education and equivalent
-
Must enjoy working with children and has eagerness for continuous learning
-
Needs to be self-motivated, creative, analytical, energetic, positive and team player
-
Fluent in verbal and written English. Fluency in other languages is an added advantage
-
Possess valid driving license in Malaysia, possess own transport and is able to drive in Klang Valley
-
Previous experience in teaching field is an added advantage
Business Development Executive
Key responsibilities
-
Respond promptly and professionally to enrolment queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and programs.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.

aintain a comprehensive database of inquiries, tracking progress and outcomes. - Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to effectively promote our services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients.

Attend relevant networking events and conferences to represent the organization and generate leads.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development role, preferably in the education industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Knowledge of autism services and programs is highly desirable.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for potential clients.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage leads is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexi-working or part-time arrangement may be considered and can be discussed.
