Gan Huey Sien has worked in the United States and thereafter in Malaysia, working with children on the Autism spectrum and other related special needs. As the Founder and Principal of SEED Autism Services, and over 15 years of experience in the field, she has trained many behavior therapists in the country and has worked with numerous families. Sien is a staunch advocate of continuous learning and growth - a value she has instilled in every employee of SEED.
As the Founder Director, Sien is responsible in setting and organising the company’s directions, goals and programs.

ALEXA GOH
Principal cum Lead Program Supervisor
MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience (KCL, UK)
PgD in Psychology (QUT, Australia)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Before working as a Behavior Analyst, Alexa Goh had worked in Singapore in the field of research at the DUKE-NUS Graduate Medical School, while having co-authored and published peer reviewed journals. As the Principal, Alexa oversees the day-to-day operations at SEED Autism Services.
While leading the clinical team, she continues to conduct and facilitate various public engagement programs. She firmly believes in providing quality services, and that every child can learn when we hold ourselves accountable in the way we teach.

PROGRAM SUPERVISORS & COORDINATORS
The Program Supervisors at SEED Autism Services Malaysia play the role of overlooking programs that are implemented and are accountable for the training and performances of clinical staff, while Program Coordinators provide support in delivering the above. At SEED, these roles are held by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).

BEH SOO LENG

Beh Soo Leng had spent 4 years working in the field in the United States before returning to Malaysia to do the same. At SEED Autism Services, she plans and manages Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) as well as trains therapists, parents and other members of the community.

JACQUELINE VINCENT
Special Education Coordinator
Early Intervention Program (EIP)
MA in Special and Inclusive Education (Nottingham)
Jacqueline began her career in the field as an ABA therapist. Over the years, she continued to support learners with disabilities in - 1:1 settings, small groups, and classrooms in schools as well as supporting parents and teachers. At SEED Autism Services, Jacqueline leads the Early Intervention Program which aims to bridge the gap between 1:1 learning and traditional school settings.

LEE PHOOI YIN

Lee Phooi Yin worked as a Behavior Analyst in Australia for a short period of time before joining SEED Autism Services. At SEED, she writes IEPs and provides training to parents and therapists. As the lead for Group Services, she also oversees the Social Learning Groups and Play Clubs.

CHUA SIN LY
Program Supervisor
MA in Child Psychology (UCSI, Malaysia)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Before pursuing her Master's degree, Chua Sin Ly worked as a preschool teacher. At SEED Autism Services, she writes IEPs, behavior support plans, conducts skills assessments and provides ongoing training for parents and therapists of children with autism. She also conducts training courses for parents and school teachers.

ASHLEY SANGEETHA
Program Supervisor

Ashley Sangeetha started her career in the field as an ABA therapist. Then, she worked on as a Senior Therapist and now, as a Program Supervisor at SEED Autism Services, she provides clinical and management support. She writes IEPs, behavior management plans as well conducts training and workshops.
BEHAVIOR THERAPISTS
Passionate, dedicated, fun and energetic, the Behavior Therapists at SEED Autism Services love their work and it shows in everything they do. They have tertiary studies background in Psychology /Â Education, and are further put through intensive training and supervision while at SEED Autism Services. They have the most contact with the children enrolled in our programs. Our Behavior Therapists are required to undergo the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) training within the first six months of employment.
